About Medigham
We are an international non-profit organization empowering on-site medical gas solutions.
Our membership is open to all companies involved with the design or manufacturing of on-site medical gas production and its related technologies. Together, we aim to support health centers in providing their patients with safer, more accessible, reliable and sustainable care.
Empowering on-site gas solutions = empowering improved patient care

Too many health centers still get their supply of medical gases from external partners. This can significantly impair/decrease the quality of patient care. If a hospital relies on external manufacturers and distributors of medical oxygen, for example, it could run out of supplies in an emergency. The transport of medical gases also has a negative impact on the environment.
On-site medical gas production is significantly more reliable. If a health center is in danger of running low on supplies, they can simply decide to produce more without having to rely on outside sources. This makes proper patient care more accessible in remote areas. Owning your own medical production technology also means you’re more in control of safety measures. Furthermore, by eliminating the need for transport, the overall cost to the environment is significantly reduced.
We are a voluntary organization of companies and individuals dedicated to removing barriers to the provision of medical oxygen. Improve oxygen access in any setting or geography where it is needed for patient care through the use of on-site technologies.
We undertake, where this leads toward our goal:
• to cooperate with others,
• to open regulatory gates, but guard patient and staff safety,
• to be open to new technologies and solutions,
• to inform, educate, share and promote best practice.
As we compete, we will fully comply with all antitrust regulation and good practices.
As we collaborate, we will be informed by the interest of the patient above all other considerations.
Our values: what drives us on our mission.
Our vision: focus and collaborative membership

Scope
We focus on regulatory, technical and operational aspects of on-site medical production, including all related equipment and components. We prioritize patient safety, installation security and environmental protection.
Administration
We are a non-profit association. The General Assembly, meeting at least annually, is our governing body, with each up-to-date member having one vote. Want to become a member?

On-site oxygen generators for hospital use were little known and mainly used in remote locations that were difficult to access for deliveries in liquid or cylinder form.
Thanks to NOVAIR's and AIRSEP's persistent lobbying of the regulatory and standardization bodies, the on-site medical oxygen production solution has been included in ISO, AFNOR and EN standards since 2009.
At the initiative of Philippe Sage and Bernard Zenou, several of the main oxygen generator manufacturers decided to create a professional association as a non-commercial tool capable of providing independent answers to the many questions raised by users and institutions.
