Dr Michael DOBSON, UK
British anaesthesiologist with a major interest in the anaesthetic and oxygen needs of Low & middle income countries. He has published extensively in this field, worked for 20 years as liaison officer between WHO and the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologist, and has advised UNICEF on oxygen therapy and concentrators.
